Exceptional Staff and Service Experience
The room had a great view and personal balcony, adding to the overall pleasant experience. some improvements can be made in terms of room cleanliness.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff here truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the restaurant served delicious, homely meals that weren't overly spicy. the manager was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions like All Saints' Cathedral and Shillong View Point. the high-speed WiFi and 24/7 water and power supply were big pluses, and the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and had lovely personal balconies.
One suggestion would be to focus a bit more on cleanliness throughout the hotel. increasing the capacity of the driver's quarter would be beneficial for visitors who arrive with a driver.

The location was fab, staff super polite & always helpful. High-speed wifi, STUNNING view from room's personal balcony, 24-hour reception, restaurant, water heater, & bright lit room!
